1911 - Originally, the Webber’s Packing House was located near Stuck River in Auburn, WA. Due to flooding, Doug Webber moved the entire facility to Sumner, WA.
1980 – Carl and C.J. Livestock begin selling sheep, lamb, and goat meat in north Sumner. This would continue through the ’80s and ’90s. It was later sold in the early 2000s.
1989 – Crescent Meats became one of the first USDA facilities in the greater Seattle area to handle many Halal meats and other ethnic needs.
1997 – From 1997 until 2007, groups such as Danmar Farms (Fall City) and Best Custom Meat (Auburn) entered the industry and worked with C.J. Livestock to become a more significant partnership.
2017 – Danmar Farms still exists and has been around, serving the community for over 20 years. Our animals come from all over the Northwest and bring the best meat to our beautiful region.
